Once a tenant moves into one of your properties, we will continue to provide services on multiple levels. We will take care of building maintenance and provide periodic property inspections to ensure that your property remains in great condition. We will also manage the financial side of the property including monthly direct deposit distributions, monthly statements of income and expenses, yearly tax statements and the processing of lease renewals and terminations.
